Real Estate Benefits account alerts send texts about activity in your account, such as new referrals, leads, deal updates, showings, tasks, documents, rebates and payouts. You choose exactly which alerts you get by text.

Sign in, open Notifications, add your mobile number and check the consent box, which reads:

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. We then text you a 6-digit code to confirm the number belongs to you. Texts start only after you enter that code, and only for alerts you switch on. Consent is never required to use our services or to buy anything.

Message frequency varies with your account activity and the alerts you turn on, and is capped at 10 per hour. We do not send alerts between 9pm and 8am in your time zone; those wait until morning. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL or REVOKE) to any text. You will get one final confirmation and no more alert texts. You can also turn texts off anytime in Notifications. Reply START to resubscribe.

Texts contain a short alert and a link to sign in. They never include prices, commission amounts, addresses, account numbers or document contents. We never text promotions or marketing under this program.

We use your mobile number only to send the alerts you choose and to answer HELP requests. We keep a record of when and how you opted in or out as proof of consent. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider to deliver texts.

Available to account holders with a US mobile number on supported carriers. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the number.
